I have upgraded to the latest version of htDig. I have rebuilt the databases.
Are you 100% certain that you replaced the copy of htsearch in your /usr/local/share/htdig/cgi-bin directory with the new version? My first guess would be that the errors above are the result of building the databases with tools from 3.2.x and running an htsearch from 3.1.x.
