Hi

I've been setting htdig 3.1.6-3 up on a box running Debian GNU/Linux
woody.

I have a few issues that I hope someone can help me with.

When I do a search and an excerpt is shown htdig will highlight the
word I searched for in the excerpt by adding highlight_start before
the word and highlight_end after it. Default these are set to
and .

Unfortunately the < and > in the tags are translated into < and
> so I end up with a search result like "blah blah
foo blah blah" when I view it in my browser instead
of 'foo' just being bold.

Also when I have a page containing "&" (to output '&' in the users
webbrowser) htdig will show it as '&amp', so the user will see
"&amp".

It seems as if the above two problems happens regardless of what I set
translate_{gt,lt,amp} to in my htdig.conf.

How do I make it behave as I want it to?
