Do you mean that ht://Dig is installed on the server you are using? Or
that you have found another site with ht://Dig that provides the ability
to search your domain? If the former, someone with access to your server
installed ht://Dig, either separately or as part of the OS distribution
installed on that server. If the latter then you would need to contact
the owner of the site in question for more information. The ht://Dig
package is just a collection of software that anyone can install and use
to index web sites.
