I run 3.2.0b6 on an Etch box. We have several gigabytes worth of search index files and a reasonable amount of traffic. No major problems, other than the fact that our overall server load has grown to the point that rebuilding indexes is becoming a little rough. I did build our version from source; I have no experience with the debian packages.
