Hello,

My group is researching some fast search engines, in particularly, those
that read HTML and more importantly, documents (word, pdf, etc...).

One of the products I've googled that has sparked some interest is
HT://DIG. I noticed the last time a release has been put out is
06/16/2004.

We are primarily a Windows XP shop and use Apache\Tomcat when we can
(not IIS). My concern is the last release has been 4 years ago and was
last tested on Windows NT and 98. Do you continue to support the
HT://DIG code base? Can your product run on a Windows XP operating
system with Apache\Tomcat? Is your code base still C++ or have you
migrated this to the Java Platform?

Any feedback would be appreciated before we spend any time downloading
the HT://DIG application and benchmarking it.

Sincerely,
Louis Ercolani
