Hi, I am looking to develop a search solution to a problem I have. At the moment I have 25 categories of files, some of the files have sub categories, each category contains a MS word file for download from the web site. In total I have 450 word files. At the moment I have a list of 25 main categories at the top of a page and targets to each category listing of word files for download. Is there any way of working these file and giving them keywords so that I can search the work files, say I have a file on fishing and the key word is hook line and sinker, I want to assign the keyword to the file which is searchable, I don't want 450 different html pages each with one word file in it and meta tags - that's too much info for the computers to handle and too much to write.
