Some sources (Queue.cc for instance) are copyrighted with the following:
// (c) Copyright 1993, San Diego State University -- College of Sciences
// (See the COPYRIGHT file for more Copyright information)
since the htdig3 sources do not contain any COPYRIGHT files it's
a bit disturbing. How can we solve that ?
