I've been slowly doing this. We also have to check the #include 
directives and make sure we specify "" and <> correctly. Some of the 
older ones don't.

I'm also making sure (as you saw with the SDSU copyright), that we 
have a more recent copyright notice. I don't want to ship any sort of 
3.2.0 release before we finish this--I've seen ht://Dig code included 
on webpages without copyright or acknowledgement. >:-(

I don't think we should make a big deal about formatting, but the top 
of the files should contain general summaries.

At this point, mytimegm.cc should be dead. I'm not sure if BTree is 
used anywhere anymore, but I'm quite certain we don't use GDBM_db 
because that's the interface to the old GDBM backend. With the CVS 
tree, we probably could delete them since we can grab them from the 
attic.
