But this isn't really a "problem" of ht://Dig. If it's assigned to index a
pile of sites, then it's going to hit each server and bail out on those
that don't respond. In 3.1.4, it's smarter about this as it will stop
hitting a site that goes down mid-run and you can index inaccessible
domains if they're available through the local filesystem.
In short, I didn't see what the "problem" was then or now--it seems to me
like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
