This is fine. I think we have a number of discussions between the 
release of 3.2.0b2 and the next beta. I was curious if the changes 
were small enough that we could resync for 3.2.0b2, but this is not 
critical.

I'd be interested to see if htdig 3.2 will ever be quite as fast as 
htdig 3.1. After all, we're pushing a lot more data into the word 
database, so a first guess might be that it's impossible to make up 
the difference. The key change from URL -> DocID for the document DB 
is similar--you would think that the extra lookups will hurt 
significantly.

That's not to say these slowdowns cannot be overcome. :-)
