[htdig3-dev] Building htdig-3.2.0.b2-040200 on Solaris

I just tried to build snapshot 040200 on a Solaris 5.7 machine.  The compile failed 
because DBL_MAX is not defined in the system header files.  Changing lines 51 and 52 
in htsearch/Display.cc to MAXFLOAT fixed compilation.  I'm not sure it fixed the 
program though.
