Htdig has a config file option to ignore the case of urls but it
applies to all sites indexed by htdig. Would it be possible to
convert all urls to lowercase on a per site basis?

My situation is that I'm indexing several unix sites and a site
running Microsoft IIS, and on the IIS site, where case is ignored, in
the html files the urls are a hodgepodge of mixed case. Sometimes a
url is in a file with part of it in uppercase, sometimes in lowercase;
don't ask me why. And the people who are in charge of that site are
screaming at me because htdig is returning multiple hits which are the
same url but with differing case.

I can't have htdig ignore case for all sites because there are
directories on the unix sites with the same name but differing case.
