I did actaully receive a message from him about 2-3 weeks ago, so I can
say that the former is not likely. However, he said he had a variety of
personal things to take care of and they were unfortunately dominating
his time.
My worry here is that if I leave things as-is, the tree is blocked until
he can look at it. (Right now that's been several weeks since I asked.
Granted I've gotten father along, but...)

Quim's code is in, though it's not "hooked up" to replace parser.cc now.
I've tested the parsing enough to say that the new code looks like a
definite win. But I don't have time to add the hooks if I'm also debugging
the mifluz merge.
This is my dilemma. Right now I seem to be the only one making commits. I
have only limited hours to code, so I need an idea of how to prioritize.
(Of course, more help would make it all go faster. :-)
