your patch solves the problem.
Just 2 remaining questions:
- pdf_parser syntax changed?
I had in the conf file:
pdf_parser: /path/to/acroread
With this setting acroread doesn't convert but starts in a window.
Letting "pdf_parser" undefined, works well.
This should be mentioned in the docs.
- Warning: unknown locale!
I get this with "locale: iso_8859_1" when starting htdig on Solaris 2.6
Hmm, that makes me anxious...
