[htdig] limit_urls_to and limit_normalized

Is it possible to tell htdig to limit digging to match both (www.foo.com) and (.html 
or .htm)?
There doesn't seem to be any documentation about this on http://www.htdig.org.

I would be very grateful to receive any kind of advice to be able to do this.  Thanks!
