Fact is, that you indeed *can* keep those two files up to date without
any hassle. The trick can be done by either a server-side scripting
language - which will update the URL list on the fly from the ht://Dig
start_urls list - or by using a cute little Makefile which generates
the start_urls list from the HTML source.
