It's looking for the fstream.h file beacuse that's generally proof that
libstdc++ has been installed correctly (or that you have a have a full
C++ compiler installed if you don't use gcc/g++).
You *must* have a working C++ compiler to compile ht://Dig. Copying header
files around won't do it. If you're having problems, try installing egcs.

They'll also be much better about answering problems with installing the
compiler (for obvious reasons).
