You can also change the image_url_prefix attribute in your htdig.conf,
even though it's not (yet) listed in attrs.html in the docs. The default
values for star_image and star_blank are relative to image_url_prefix.
You'll also perhaps need to change the path to star.gif in your header.html,
for the "More *'s indicate a better match" message.
