The problem might be with fr /= fr in some way ;-)
Not everything might be defined for "fr", since "fr" is quite
a general view of the French localization, which can be further
specialized to match Belgium, Canada, Switzerland etc.
Setting the locale directive to "fr_FR" should work for you,
since you're probably working on an index for a French site.
