It doesn't really matter what you're using to develop the content. It 
depends what *server* you're using. If it's a UNIX box, there's 
likely no problem.

If you want to serve on a Mac, you can get Tenon's WebTen, which 
includes ht://Dig.

If you want to server on a PC, you'll want to get the so-called 
CygWin environment from http://sourceware.cygnus.com/
