Install these update RPMs from a Red Hat update mirror site, if you haven't
already:
glibc-2.0.7-19.i386.rpm
glibc-devel-2.0.7-19.i386.rpm
I don't know if locales are broken in 5.1, but I know they weren't properly
set up on vanilla 5.0 installations. The glibc update RPMs for 5.0 fixed
this, so it's worth a shot for 5.1 as well.
You should also install vixie-cron-3.0.1-37.5.2.i386.rpm from the 5.2
(yes, five point two) updates, if you plan to run htdig/htmerge from
a cron job. There's a bug in 5.0 & 5.1's vixie-cron that makes htmerge
fail.
You may also want to grab the htdig-3.1.3-1glibc.i386.rpm from
http://www.htdig.org/files/binaries/ to have the latest bug fixes.
