Try htdig -vvv (at least 3 v's), and then the url rejected message should
be preceeded with a more detailed description of why it's rejected.

Try running "htfuzzy endings" on its own. Normally, rundig does this for
you, but if rundig and your htdig.conf disagree on where the databases are
stored (i.e. where the common_dir is) then this will fail. You may want
to edit the definitions at the start of the rundig script to make sure
they're correct.

Strange. The configure options shouldn't have changed from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3.
The spec file for my RPMs has changed only very minimally. In any case,
