I'm still getting the out of space error when running htmerge. I see that
the fix for this is to set "TMPDIR" to a directory with enough room, but how
do you "set" TMPDIR? I tried putting it in the .conf file but that didn't
work, then I tried using it within the htmerge command but that didn't work.
How do I set TMPDIR?
