I've seen a few that do use it (Cyrillic), but for Ukrainian.
One site which I know uses it is http://www.gc.lviv.ua/
The critical thing which is necessary is a "dictionary" (implementation of
which is described
somewhere in one of the htdig faqs.
Russian ones are easy to find; does anyone know where you can find
a Ukrainian one?
