[htdig] url separators

Hi   Htdig works great, but when it comes to a result that is longer than one page, in the footer there are numbers with links to next pages. This link contains something like this http://myserv/script_name/config=htdig;method=or;format=short ...etc   may the semicolon be replaced somehow with &?   i'm using php wrapper that interprets this as just one variable $config=htdig;method=or;format=short ...etc   Thanks Tom
