[htdig] Problem with Accents.0 patch

Hello,

i'm trying to aply Accents.0 patch but the diff command search a
directory named htdig-3.1.5.accents and i not have this

This is the line (all diff command hace the same problem):

diff -c3prN htdig-3.1.5/htcommon/defaults.cc
htdig-3.1.5.accents/htcommon/defaults.cc
