Certainly not by ODBC. The underlying Berkeley database does not have
an ODBC driver (and will probably never have one--ODBC doesn't really
fit with these databases).
You can get the collected data in ASCII form using htdig -t or the
htdump program in 3.2.0b2 or later.
There is also a Perl module HtDig::Database that does a fair amount:
