Based on some of the paths in the htdig.conf you sent me, I'm going
to assume you installed htdig from an RPM. Further, it would seem you
installed the wrong one! If you installed htdig-3.1.5-0.i386.rpm, you
didn't follow the instructions in the README file that accompanies them.
This latter RPM was built on a Red Hat 4.2 system, with libc5 - the same
libc with a locale implementation that doesn't work. You need to install
htdig-3.1.5-0glibc21.i386.rpm on glic 2.1 based systems like Red Hat 6.x.
