[htdig] Multiple noindex_start/end values ?

Is it possible to have more than one noindex_start/end pair?
Would be very helpful, to, say, exclude everything betwwen 
<SCRIPT </SCRIPT> *and* <OPTION </OPTION> *and*
<!--htdig_noindex--> <!--/htdig_noindex-->.
