Ah!  That last might explain a lot of them.  Any chance of more helpful
messages in a future version, eg:  "Deleted, duplicate:" ?

If "indexing turned off by meta robots or noindex tags" results in
"Deleted, noexcerpt", what condition gives the message "Deleted, noindex:" ?
