For the "More results" line change the following lines
in the ht://dig config file (around the bottom)
This is used by the $(PAGEHEADER) $(PREVPAGE)
$(PAGELIST) $(NEXTPAGE) tags usually found in the
footer.html template in your common dir.

To remove the stars from the result pages,
look for $(STARSLEFT) and $(STARSRIGHT) in
long.html and short.html, also found in your
common dir.
