The ht://Dig project uses the CVS package, which is pretty much the
standard VC program for UNIX. (Others exist, such as RCS, SCCS, etc.). For
details on CVS, we have the CVS manual online at
<http://dev.htdig.org/cvsdocs/cvs_toc.html>

Obviously we can do more than just restore to a specific date/time.
