Hi All,
I am using htdig to search for a boolean expression like
disaster or ( my and family )
(try this on www.math.technion.ac.il/~rl/JulesVerne/forum/search.html).
The search succeded, and in the search results from /cgi-bin/htsearch,
$(LOGICAL_WORDS) is correctly set to
(disaster or disasters) or ((my or mies) and (family or families))
(although I could argue about `mies', but this is a question of taste ;) )
However, $(WORDS) is errenously set to
disaster or my family
and since it is used in search results header to build the refined search
form:
<INPUT TYPE=TEXT SIZE=30 NAME=words VALUE="$(WORDS)">
The refined search will produce error unless the user reintroduces the missing
operators!
I apologize I didn't investigate htdig sources so I have no clue what causes
this problem.
Best,
Zvi.
