Yes you can put it in <ftp://sol.ccsf.cc.ca.us/incoming> directory. It is
an unreadable, but writable directory. I will place it in
<ftp://sol.ccsf.cc.ca.us/htdig-patches/3.0.8b2/>, the unofficial htdig
patches site.
