Did you install libg++?? You can get it from any GNU mirror such as:
ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/GNU
I think that this will fix your problem.

I'm trying to build htdig 3.0.8b2 on Solaris 2.5 (SunOS 5.5.1, to be

part of the my system includes, thus:
c++ -c -g -O
-DDEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE=\"/export/home/htdig/config/htdig.conf\"
-I../htlib -I../htcommon -I../include -I../gdbm-1.7.3 -I../rx-1.5/rx
ParsedString.cc
ParsedString.cc:16: fstream.h: No such file or directory
I'm also missing stream.h.
