On my two sites that seem to dig, several directories just don't get dug. There are no robots.txt file in the site. The index page has a meta robots tag that says all. In fact the permissions are exactly the same for all the other directories, 775, with the group the same (owner's are different). Htdig is run under root privileges. Any ideas?
