Hello,
First excuse me because I don't know if I'm already allowed to post to
this list or not.
I've just downloaded htdig 3.1.0b1 for my SparcLinux box (Redhat 4.2 +
Kernel 2.0.33)
it compiles and installs successfully but whenever I launch rundig I've
got the following message:
# ./rundig
/home/htdig/bin/htdig: can't resolve symbol '.div'
/home/htdig/bin/htmerge: can't resolve symbol '.div'
/home/htdig/bin/htnotify: can't resolve symbol '.div'
/home/htdig/bin/htfuzzy: can't resolve symbol '.div'
/home/htdig/bin/htfuzzy: can't resolve symbol '.div'
I've read the FAQ and I've searched for .div on the htdig site but
without success.
Could someone tell me what's wrong ?
PS:
# ldd htdig
libstdc++.so.27 => /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.27.1.4
libm.so.5 => /lib/libm.so.5.0.6
these libraries are present on my system.
strace tells me that libstdc++ and libm are opened by the loader but it
seems to exit because .div is not in these libs.
