Hi ... I hope I said that correctly in the subject. To be more specific: I use ht://Dig 3.0.8b2 and think it is wonderful!!! My sincere thanks to all involved in its development. My "Searches and Directories" page for the University of Georgia: http://www.uga.edu/find.html includes an HTDIG search box--a simple box which requires that ALL the words to be found. (We debated this one a long time and finally decided that ALL was better than ANY.) Works great. However, if someone puts in a word like "of", which is a word that shouldn't be used, the 'nomatch' page is presented with the dropped word left out. A second search now works. Try: garden club of georgia To my question: Is there any way to instruct htsearch to drop the words before the search is performed? It appears that the search is performed with the dropped words, yielding no matches. Gee, I hope that makes sense and look forward to any help provided. Thanks in advance. -bd ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the htdig mailing list, send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the single word "unsubscribe" in the body of the message.
