I'm wondering why my htdig sometimes outputs really strangely.

Check out this url:

http://pinpoint.netcreations.com/cgi-bin/htsearch?config=walter2&words=slide

The {$DESCRIPTIONS} field is my last element, and of course it outputs
on multiple lines which I find extremely annoying. I'm parsing this
information further, before display, and having these extra \n are a
huge pain.

Anyway, that's not the main problem. The main problem is that htsearch
says that there are 38 matches and that this first page contains matches
1-10. Unfortunately only 4 matches are output. Where are the other 6?

This seems to happen when the site being indexed uses txt files vs all
HTML, although in this case, only one of the pages presented is a .txt
vs html file. Note this doesn't happen with every database.

Anyone experience this before? Is there some sort of workaround?
