The cat app from Catalyst-Controller-HTML-FormFu's t/ directory and the schema from HTML-FormFu-Model-DBIC's t/ directory should probably give you a good start. I have to 'fess up that I'm bad at doing proper Mech tests, so the ones in C-C-H-F are very basic.
