Howdy Sam! I am currently using H:T 2.5 and Expr.pm is 0.03 on NT 4.0/SP6 and IIS 4.0. I looked at upgrading the test server to Expr.pm 0.04 to see if the problem resolved itself with the newer version. I encountered the following warning running "perl Makefile.PL":
WARNING! Setting ABSTRACT via file 'Expr.pm' failed at (eval 1) line 370 Writing Makefile for HTML::Template::Expr. I am not sure if this is something serious, but felt it would only cloud the problem even further without a clean install. What should I do to resolve the warning message? I have attached a working copy of files (wa_testfile.pl) and the problem set (wa_testfile2.pl -- All the files assoc'd have the "2" appended to the filename.) I would be willing to be a tester on the Windows platform, if needed. Let me know if you need/have anymore information.
