Hi,

HTML::Template is *definitely* suitable for this task, too.

CGI::Application::Generator uses it to create stubs in a perl module
file, and I have heard rumors that people use HTML::Template for
Postscript or Pdf generation - so generating static html pages should
be something really straightforward with HTML::Template.

By the way, CGI::Application is really worth trying for any CGI with
more than one state, especially together with HTML::Template.
