Aside from the bugfix in nested loops, I can't think of anything in particular I'd like to change. *Maybe* something formal to "comment" the fields in the template without having anything show in the final output, but right now I can do that with a filter and judiciously formatted HTML comments, so I don't know that it'd be worth adding code to the module for.
