LONDON, England -- A British broker who tipped a New York waiter more than $16,000 has stunned both staff and diners.
The tip, made by a 37-year-old stockbroker, came after a meal at Nello's restaurant in the Upper East Side of New York. It included a $1,200 bottle of 1995 Chateau Margaux and $1,200 in drinks for everyone in the restaurant.
