No, not currently. The best you can do is select the text from the
screen and paste through the X11 clipboard. Being an ncurses app, you
need to hold Shift while selecting.

Right now htop is focused on interactive operation. If you need
redirectable/parseable information on processes, you can probably get
all the information htop gives through the gazillion options of ps. :)
