htop running on linux Mint (x64)
1.) start htop
2.) filter (F4) to show some process running ("python" in my case)
3.) kill the process that is shown in filtered list until the list is empty
= htop crashes:

I guess its the old trying to access an item in the list when the list is
empty kinda deal, but I have no actual clue :)
