Uh... maybe I should double check my latest tax bills :-)
I suspect a platform problem really. That's why I am giving that poor
guy a tool to check. He may also modify it to adequately represent what
he is doing.

A tax collection system of a large Swiss canton runs on HttpClient 2.0.2 both
client and server side. The system handles several dozens concurrent users
during the peak time. If there were a race condition in HttpClient, I would have
known.
This must be something else.
