I am trying to use the commons-httpclient-3.0.jar and running my application and I a getting an error the first time that I try to execute a get method. It is saying that the class org/apache/commons/codec/net/URLCodec is not found. Where is that class supposed to be if it is not in the commons-httpclient-3.0.jar file.
