Folks, Commons have just decided to migrate wholesale to Jira. HttpCore is already in Jira. The release management functionality of Jira looks really promising. I do not see any reason to delay migration of HttpClient from Bugzilla to Jira. If I hear no objections I will go ahead and ask Infra to initiate the migration process.
