No idea. At this point a link to the HttpComponents site and
HttpComponents news should be sufficient.


I've added basic HEADER.html files to httpcomponents/httpcore and
commons/httpclient.

Hope these are OK.

The files are currently only in the dist directory structure - I'm not
sure where these are normally stored in SVN. I'll try and find out.
